Remedial Massage is soft tissue (muscular) work that focuses on correcting or improving a given condition or complaint. During a Remedial Massage session, the target is to help the body facilitate correcting these problems to improve your mobility, reduce muscle tension and get you moving better.
Remedial Massage focuses on helping people that are in pain from muscular tension and injury regain their movement and reduce the pain to give you overall better quality of life.
You might be
an office worker that sits at your desk all day, dealing with everyone else’s issues, and you leave the office with your neck and shoulders feeling like rocks, or with a headache that won’t go away without tablets. That’s not to mention the stiffness in your arms, and down your back to your hips. And I know that your legs will be hurting as well!
You might be
a tradie, a plumber, electrician or similar trade, that is always contorting yourself to fit into tight spaces, so you can get things just right for your customers. These things take a toll on your body and result in aches and pains that if not addressed had the potential to cause life long problems for you.
You might be
a parent, looking after the kids, and having to accomplish all the duties and time-consuming tasks and not really paying attention to your body when it twinges in the lower back, or the legs.
The things all of you have in common is that you would benefit from the services of a Remedial Massage therapist like me. I can help identify those things that are creating the pain in the first place, and develop a treatment plan to help eradicate the pain.
I have been certified in Remedial Massage for over 18 years, both in the USA and Australia. I am qualified with all Australian health funds for rebates with Remedial Massage. From my clinic in the Norwest region, I can help you.
